Further Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Site plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Also contained in this recent photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section detailing different parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
